Excited for the publication of an interview with Ben Vickers, Jakob Steenson and I on making art with Virtual Reality (VR) in Mousse Magazine this month. It is available to read online at **Immersence**.
A technology conversation at a different pace. We discuss forms of animisms arising from technologies, inner space and the wild earth, and consider the life-giving paths for Mixed Reality creative practice. VR and haptics have come a long way since my first project with VR and touch in 2011. It was interesting to reflect together on these developments and changes over the last decades and share inspirations about ecological, mystic, sci-fi and somatic work. Some nice thinking and provocations about the possibilities for embodied communications that feed connection between our sensing bodies and diverse ecosystems.
